WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?
All U.S. orders are delivered via USPS. For all other countries, the standard/government mailing system is used depending on country.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Due to high demand of some of our promotional products, orders are usually processed and shipped in 3-5 business days of purchase. You will receive an email shipment confirmation shortly after with tracking number.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
Since we ship WORLDWIDE, please allow 1-2 weeks for transit after an order is shipped for US, UK, CA, AUS. All other countries, please allow 2-3 weeks for transit.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer a no hassle exchange policy. If your shoes do not fit, we will process a one time exchange at no cost to you. You must contact email@example.com first to process an exchange.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may cancel or amend your order within 12 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and unused, and we will refund you. You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org first to process a return.
Returns and exchanges are honored within 20 days of receiving the products. Free products are final sale.
